This size is perfect for 3 bulb lights and often fits the ones attached to a mirrored medicine cabinet (**for this you may have to use smaller bulbs to apply the shade higher up). You can request 16" if that will work better. PLEASE order the mirror kit & the extra build up magnets for the wood medicine cabinets if you have an "inset" metal area in your medicine cabinet.
