I actually found these awhile back by accident after we bought our current home, but it was exactly what I needed! We had so much other stuff to do to the house that I am just now getting around to buying and putting up the light wraps! I wish I would have done it sooner! They are awesome! The ONLY reason 4 stars, is that the ordering was a little confusing, as far as magnets or Velcro, but they quickly resolved the issue. But I think that needs to be simplified for ordering purposes.

Positive first—I love the concept and ease of installation. The Cream Linen is a beautiful color and makes the lighting soft. For those things I would give 4 stars BUT the brackets attach to the lights fixture with magnets. ( My mistake #1; I didn’t allow the minimum 48 hrs before permanently attaching. )I did remove and allowed the 48 hrs before reattaching and then had to apply super glue to make it dry hard (as per instructions). The instructions told you exactly where to place the brackets.

Negative: The brackets look and feel cheap (not that anyone will be feeling them). They feel more like plastic than metallic brackets and look inexpensive. The magnets were not strong enough and had to use super glue (as per instructions) to make it dry hard. The brackets don’t hang down enough to cover the fixture.

Customer Service: I emailed them that I wasn’t entirely happy with the product and requested to return it for a refund. They answered back very quickly as to why I was “so unhappy”. I explained it all to them. They did inform me that it has to dry at least 24 hrs to adhere tightly or the light bulbs were too hot and can mess with the glue. I admitted that I had not waited the 24 hrs but would still like to return it due to my dissatisfaction. They said they would email me a return postage label. 48 hours later, I sent them another email to ask again for the return label. It has now been almost 2 weeks and no email back whatsoever with a return label or any additional correspondence.

Update the magnet strength, make the brackets longer and out of a different material and I will need to purchase 3 more. With these modifications, your product would be fabulous. Customer Service: Remember the customer needs to be happy. Instead of just having to refund the cost back to the customer, you also lost the sells of at least 3 more. 2-5 bulbs and a 10 bulb.
